OUR MISSION

Our Mission at Amy Chapel is to lead people to Jesus Christ, train them to be faithful disciples, and send disciples out to lead other people to Jesus Christ.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

1.  We believe in the verbal inspiration of the Bible. (II Timothy 3:16; II Peter 1:21)

2.  We believe in one God, eternally existing; infinite in power, wisdom, justice, goodness and love; who is three in one; Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (Genesis 1:26; Matthew 3:16; John 14:16-17)

3.  We believe that God is the creator of all according to the Genesis account. (Genesis 1-3)

4.  We believe in the virgin birth and Deity of Jesus Christ. (Isaiah 7:14; John 1, 14)

5.  We believe that Jesus was crucified for our sins and was raised from the dead by the power of God. (I Corinthians 15:3-4; Romans 4:25)

6.  We believe that salvation through the blood of Jesus Christ is the only remedy for man's lost condition.(Hebrews 9:22; Revelation 5:9)

7.  We believe that all who by faith receive the Lord Jesus Christ are born again by the Holy Spirit and become the children of God. (John 1:12; Acts 11:17-18; I John 5:11-12)

8.  We believe in separation of all worldly practices unbecoming to a Christian.  We believe in the victorious life through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. (II Corinthians 6:14-17)

9.  We believe in the return of Jesus Christ according to the Scriptures. (Luke 21:27)

10. We believe in the administration of the two ordinances of the New Testament:

        a.  Christian Baptism  (Matthew 28:19; Acts 8:38)

        b.  Lord's Supper  (I Corinthians 11:23-25)
